Energy sobriety: how France is coping with the crisis
Every oil crisis has its own energy saving plan. A plan “in which we will ask all our compatriots to commit themselves”, said the head of state. Large companies and public administrations will not be the only ones to have to adopt savings measures as part of specific plans.
