COP26 Update – 2nd November 2021

This is the second day of the important COP26summit. Yesterday, more than 100 heads of state and government met to lay the groundwork for the detailed negotiations that will take place in the coming days. The main topics of discussion were reducing emissions and restoring vital habitats, adapting to extreme weather events and increasing aid to developing countries.
