The purpose of the Code of Ethics is to define the principles, values and best practices that apply to all those who contribute to the development of the Cross-Channel Institute.

The Institute's organisation is based on the principle of transparency. The organization of the two committees is designed to ensure that this commitment is met at all activity levels.
INDEPENDENCE
The Institute's work and publications shall under no circumstances be guided by political and/or partisan motives.
WELFARE
The Institute is committed to respecting the fundamental rules and codes of conduct that allow for open and innovative thinking.
EXCELLENCE and PERFORMANCE
The quality of the Institute's work and publications must be based on the objective of excellence and performance.
OPTIMISM
The Institute, whose objective is to facilitate the development of the flow of Franco-British businesses, is a source of optimism and belief in the strength of international trade for the sustainable growth of the French and British economies.
